Admissions

All admissions are on a two-week trail basis for both parent/guardian and provider. A child must be able to get along with the other children and follow the basic rules of the child care program. Part-time children may need a little more time to get adjusted. The Provider may bring this to the attention of parent or guardian and extend the two-week trail period. At the end of this period, a parent/guardian may give notice and choose to make other arrangements without feeling uncomfortable. At the end of this trail period, the Provider may also make a recommendation that other child care arrangements may need to be made.

Should the child care be unable to fulfill the needs of a particular child, the Provider will request a conference with parent/guardian and try to work out a mutually acceptable solution. The child care does reserve the right to dismiss a child and/or terminate the enrollment of a child who impairs the health or safety of him/herself or other children, or whose unacceptable behavior causes constant disruption to the child care program.

Parent/guardian withdrawing a child must give two weeks notice and/or two weeks payment for their time-slot. All money owed is due by the child’s last day of care. Parents with alternative care contracts may or may not owe privately for this time.

Parents are requested to inform the child care in advance if their child will be absent for any extended period of time. This does not waive fees for the child’s absence. It is a courtesy to your provider and other parents who might need additional care. Please contact the child care as soon as you know you will not be attending due to illness or other commitments. All children should be in care by 10:00am, after such time provider may give slot to another. Regular fees will be charged for sick days, holidays, child care closures, parent vacations, force majeure, and other no-show days.

"My husband and I greatly appreciate what you do for our kids. You guys are truly their “second” home and I couldn’t thank you more for treating them so well. You and your staff are amazing and words could not express it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
