Childcare will be provided Monday thru Thursday 7:45am to 5:00pm-a total of 9:25 hours per day

Childcare will be provided Friday 7:45am to 3:30pm-a total of 7.75 hours per day with staff trainings and meetings to follow until 5:00pm-extended care until 5:00pm may be negotiated on individual basis.

Possible extended hours Monday thru Thursday with prior agreement at additional charge

Holiday Closures

Regular fees are charged for the days that follow: New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4+1, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, mandatory workshop, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the annual camping trip.

Parents who are subsidized will be responsible for any other holiday time not covered by subsidized contract.

- Hours of care include contracted pick up and drop off time to actual time parents leaves with child.

- Rates are subject to change with two weeks notice.

- All forms must be completed, registration fee, and first payment for care due before child enters care.

- Copy of immunization card required before child may enter care.

- No dogs

- No food in provider’s vehicles.

- No overnight diapers, please change child before exchange.

Customary Fees

Over 47.5 hours a week $8.50 per hour

Late Fee-departure $1.00 per minute (Paid to staff member at time of pick-up)

Late Fee-billing $10.00 per 48 hours

Parents required to give 2 weeks notice $ Normal 2 week charge

Damage Fees $ Cost of damages

Supply Fees-If not provided by the parent (Formula, diapers, ointment, wipes, etc.) $ Cost of supplies plus fee

- Subsidized parents may owe provider and RCCS additional charges per individual contract.

- Hours of care include contracted pick up and drop off- actual time parent leaves with child.

- Contracted parent’s responsibility to pay provider. Provider not to be involved with non contracted, third party reimbursements Exp. - Ex spouses

- Flooding-child care needs emergency vehicle access. If Armstrong has water over the road, child care must shut down. Parents must come as soon as called or provide another source of transportation for their child ASAP. This is considered force majeure.
